Endless summer. Nothing but blue skies. Feeling the sunshine.
That summer feeling. Where the sky meets the sea.
Jamboo Beach Resort in Bgy. Bel-is, Buruanga, Aklan is a secluded beach. It is an unexploited beauty never been discovered yet by irresponsible tourists. The blue waters meet the natural calmness of the mountains. Truly a hidden gem.
Buruanga is a 5th class municipality in Aklan. It is the farthest town from the provincial capital of Kalibo. Going to Buruanga is not far away from Boracay or Caticlan jetty port. You just ride a tricycle going to Buruanga town proper. The ride would take about 20 minutes. From there, get a habal habal to take you to Brgy. Bel-is. It costs P100.00 per head. The ride would be bumpy though, as you go on rocky road since it is not yet well paved. Or you may take a motor boat from the town proper to get you directly to the resort. But if you are on a budget, you may take the trek trail going down to the resort from the hill. Its a good exercise. Once you arrive at the beach, you will be rewarded by a mesmerizing scenery of fine white sand and torquoise waters. It is natural, exclusive and serene. You will be relaxed by its cozy atmosphere. And the authentic local hospitality is truly an experience.
Sky above, sand below, peace within.
